Conclusion

Overall, after I finish this training, I gained a lot of knowledge in the occupational environment, in terms of work, that time planned and orderly time, here also I can recognize and reach out to more ways to work with more professional now and in the future.

8th Week at TM Government Sales

24.02.2013

·                     Make a claim to the shipping department of finance (sending the remaining claim money)

·                     Send document to the HR department

·                     Print the bills divide the bill accordingly based on areas

·                     Wrap all the bills into packages to be posted to the post office

25.02.2013

·                     Handling incoming calls and outgoing calls.

·                     Besides that, I and other staff was attended, the briefing in prayer, entitled " Kelebihan Memdapingi Ilmu Akidah" starts at 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm.

26.02.2013

·                     Today I was assigned to take care of the office, because all members of the department have outstation assignments. (for 2 days in Nilai)

·                     Officials from SMK Kelang come for registration (clarify TMPOINTPACKAGE)

·                     Besides that, I and other staff was attended, the briefing in prayer, entitled " Kehadiran Malam jumaat" starts at 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm.

27.02.2013

·                     Handling incoming calls and outgoing calls.

·                     Continue to take care of the office, because all members of the department have outstation assignments. (for 2 days in Perak)

·                     Make 9 calls for confirmation email from customers.

28.01.2013

·                     Handling incoming calls and outgoing calls.

·                     Print bill for the month of january for 9 PPD. Including:

PPD Petaling Jaya (24),

PPD Gombak (27),

PPD Sabak Bernam (50), 

PPD P.Utama (7),

PPD Kuala Langat (32),

PPD Klang (22),

PPD Kuala Selangor (5),

PPD Hulu Langat (32),

PPD Hulu Selangor (33) ( By request customer)




 For this week also are my last day for internship. I have enjoy my work. Alhamdulilah got many experience work at this company. Thanks to all bosses and staffs. :)
